Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
The issue will be reviewed and, where applicable, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.
Return Conditions
Returned items, where eligible, should be:
Unworn and unused.
In their original condition.
Free from stains, perfume, makeup, washing, or other signs of use.
Returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.
Items that have been altered, washed, damaged through customer use, or returned without required original components may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, altered, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Important: The final return eligibility, return period, and applicable return charges should be confirmed by Funun Abaya before publishing this policy.
